The Newton Booth Neighborhoods consist of three  separate areas:
 Poverty Ridge: 19th street to 24th street and R to W.
 Newton Booth:  24th street to 29th street and R to W.
 Alhambra Triangle: 30th street to 37th Street and R street
 to the freeway (highway50) on the south
